Favorite Fall Shake

I love cinnamon! It warms me up in the cold weather…so I added it to my already favorite shake. Enjoy!

I use a Vitamix, but nothing in this shake will cause any blender trouble. I used to make all my shakes in the Cuisinart single serving blender.

Throw everything below into the blender:

1/2 frozen banana

1/2 scoop unflavored pea protein (NOW)

1/2 scoop Vanilla Toffee pea protein (NOW)

As much cinnamon as you want…I think I added 1 tsp

1 cup green mix (I had kale and spinach this morning)

1 cup flax milk+protein

Handful of ice (my hands are child-sized so grab ice accordingly)

Once it’s blended and in my favorite cup (don’t act like you don’t have one), I add about a tbsp of chia seeds and a tbsp of hemp hearts for extra Omega-3s, protein, and fiber.
